My Name Is
My name is Angie Perry (AKA Airgun Angie), I’ve always loved the outdoors and, (what some might consider “guy activities”) exceedingly, abundantly, above I could ever express. I didn’t actually start with shooting sports though, my favorite things to do were fishing, football, baseball, soccer, pretty much any sport. I didn’t’ really get into hunting until I met my husband Edmund Perry Sr. and with our three children it became a family affair. I would ride along with him because I loved being outside and in the woods, I really had no desire to pull the trigger on an animal (YET!). But when I decided I would try it, that was it, I was hooked on a trigger!
Near the end of 2017, Rick Eutsler, approached me with the perfect job! I could hunt, enjoy the outdoors and get lots of trigger time! This has got to be a dream, right?! He said, “How would you like to do product reviews for me? You love the outdoors, love shooting and hunting, this would be great for you.” I thought “he’s right, I love shooting and have had some experience with pellets guns with my boys in the backyard”, well duh! Of course, I said yes!
I came into this knowing very little about airguns, (really only how to shoot them), I’ve had plenty of experience with firearms and shooting but not as much with airguns. I followed Rick’s lead and learned more than I’m aware of from him and others in the industry. (For that I thank you) I don’t come claiming to be an expert but having plenty to learn. I love my job, I really don’t call it a job, though there is definitely work involved, I call it my jobby. Another high point to all the trigger time I’ve been getting, as far as my old nickname “Miss Angie” I’ll be that no more! My shooting has definitely improved!
